1. About SSDI Pathway
SSDI Pathway is a privately operated informational website. We are not the Social Security Administration (“SSA”), a federal or state agency, a law firm, a medical provider, or an insurer. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the SSA or any government agency.
2. Informational service only
Site content is provided for general educational purposes. It is not legal, medical, tax, financial, or government advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Using the site or communicating with us does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, medical-provider, or other professional relationship.
You may apply for SSDI directly through the SSA without using this website. Official information and application options are available at ssa.gov/disability.
3. No promise of eligibility or outcome
The SSA alone determines whether a person qualifies for benefits, the amount of any benefit, and the timing and outcome of a claim. SSDI Pathway does not make eligibility decisions and does not promise or guarantee approval, benefits, payment amounts, processing times, or any other result. General examples on the site may not apply to your circumstances.
4. Eligibility to use the site
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You represent that information you submit is accurate, belongs to you, and may lawfully be provided. You may not submit a request for another person without their authorization.
5. Communications consent and preferences
If you check the consent box and submit the request form, you authorize SSDI Pathway to contact you as stated next to that checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent to texts by replying STOP and may otherwise withdraw consent by emailing privacy@ssdipathway.com. Revocation applies prospectively and may take a reasonable time to process.
You are responsible for ensuring that the telephone number and email address you provide belong to you. Notify us if a submitted number is reassigned or no longer yours.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- violate law or another person’s rights;
- submit false, deceptive, or unauthorized information;
- attempt to access nonpublic systems, records, or accounts;
- introduce malware, interfere with site operation, or bypass security controls;
- use automated means to scrape, overload, or submit requests to the site without written permission; or
- copy or use site content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.
We may restrict access or remove submissions when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, or our legal rights.
7. Intellectual property
The site’s design, original text, graphics, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to SSDI Pathway and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to access and use the site for personal, noncommercial informational purposes. No other rights are granted.
8. External resources
The site may link to SSA.gov and other websites we do not control. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for external content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Review the terms and policies of any external site you visit.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We aim to keep information useful and accurate but do not promise that the site will always be available, current, complete, or error-free. Laws, SSA policies, and program requirements may change.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” SSDI Pathway disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSDI Pathway will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss arising from reliance on site information, inability to use the site, or an external website. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. California residents should also review the California Privacy Notice. Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, account credentials, or identity documents through the site.
13. Governing principles
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state law that valid conflict-of-law rules determine applies. Nothing in these Terms waives nonwaivable consumer rights or requires a claim to be brought in a forum that applicable law does not permit.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. These Terms and the policies linked here form the entire agreement regarding use of this website and replace prior website-use understandings.
15. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them. Questions may be sent to privacy@ssdipathway.com.
